My house is approx 130sqm, is currently concrete tiled roof that has had many spot repairs. I was told about 4 or 5 years ago it would need replacing sooner rather than later, and this mornings downpour and subsequent leaking has told me the time has come. Looking for quotes and advice, is it possible to change to something like coloursteel or do I have to stick to tiles?
