Reroof / Cladding / Project Manage

Our roof has been neglected for 40 years and its time to replace it with color steel. Apparently the barge boards have started to rot and there may be some re-cladding required also - hence the project manage part. I've been told the entire roof will have to come off, as there are two levels - one at about a 40 degree pitch. Therefore this will be a summer job, but I want to get it costed, resourced and scheduled now.
