Re-roof Old Church, Kerepēhi

This is a re-roof probably best suited to a builder who is familiar with roofing rather than simply a roofer! We are looking to find someone to help me reroof and insulate our 100 year old church building. Roof area is 210sqm. Pitch is 45º. Ridge is approx 10m and eaves 7m above ground. We are removing the old tin to reveal the Kauri sarking beneath. Adding new purlins and Cavibats. Adding PIR insulation. Framing up for 2 skylights. Adding Watergate 407. Adding long run Colorsteel corrugate profile and flashings to match. I am an owner builder with a building consent from HDC. I have an owner builder exemption in place but am looking to hire a LBP to help me with this part of the project. Job can be tackled whenever it suits you. Though would prefer it to be one contigous project rather than broken into several sessions for reasons of weather-tightness. I am thinking I will order all the materials, order the scaffolding and get them all on site, ready to have you come and actually direct and do the work. I will be a happy hammer hand and coffee maker! This is a beautiful building that we want to do the right thing by. Looking for someone that appreciates and understands 100 year old native timber! I can supply approved plans on request.
