First Home - roofing maintenance and repairs

I've just received a pre-purchase building inspection report on what will be my first home, located in Paeroa. If you provide an email address I can also send a 3 page PDF file with photos of the roof and its issues. Looking for quotes for the following work: Gable roof made of decramastic tiles: 1. Areas of surface rust require cleaning and over painting with a rust inhibitor paint to prevent further corrosion. 2. Re-coat roof to extend the lifespan of the cladding. (The coatings to these materials should be suspected of containing asbestos). 3. Remedial work to tiles that are badly depressed and widespread eroding of stone chips due to careless foot traffic. 4. Approved lichen treatment of roof. Thank you
