Pottery Roof replacement

The Pottery -- Benelong Place currently occupy the old Girl Guides building. The roof is old corrugated iron and is leaking. We are considering upgrading the roof, but would like an inspection as to whether it only requires some maintenance or should be replaced. It is appreciated that quoting on replacement would be challenging as the age condition of the purlins etc given its age could also need replacing.so at this stage if maintenance is unlikely to be successful we need a ball park figure based on the substructure being sound,and also the cost of removal of iron and purlins and new iron. Given the age of the building and our long term tenure is only 5-10 years replacement iron does not have to be at the top of the range.
