Hi My roof has done its dash and needs replacement. Currently is decramastic tile. I have a flat which has a neighbouring flat attached to mine. She is also willing to replace her roof. The entire roof is rectangle and easily accessed. The entire measurements are 25metresx10m. There is a carport overhang on my side of 5700mx1500m (I believe it is cheaper to reroof this part separately so not to exceed standard iron sizes). Address is 196A and 196B Nikau St, Hastings
