This person was contracted to paint my roof and house facia and a number of other jobs. Workmanship was poor with roof and facia paint droppings on the house and pathways. Other jobs were either not done or done to a poor standard. An appalling attempt at repairing the rotting timber. He pushed for progress payments and money to buy a new spray painter. Stupidity I paid him a final payment before he had completed the work. He does not answer my calls or text messages. Beware!

"The rotten timber you have showen in your photos were not part of the roof spray peter.and as i recall being questioned by you about weather or not i was a gang member etc did taint any relationship iv not heard from you.you were happy with the roof wen i painted it and replaced all your broken screws as your with facias wen they were painted.it was pointed ourt to you that all the facias were rotten be ause of the internal guttering hence the acritex covering the rot"
