Chimney seal repair

I am finding water leaking inside and it’s come down from the side of the of the chimney flute, I am guessing it has something to do with the flute on the outside moving around a bit in the wind earlier this year and the seal losing its waterproofing. Chimeny flute comes out of the first floor of the home, not too difficult to reach
