New Roof and Spouting

We have an average sized 3 bedroom house that we are needing to have re-roofed, re screwed from old lead nails to screws, as well as a garage/sleep out with an internal gutter that needs replacing and the roof re-screwed too. We are also wanting to replace the spouting on the house.
