Roof

The 30 year old metal tiled roof is starting to wear and thinking of changing to a corrugated/long steel roof instead? The pitch of the roof is 60 degrees, and there is 1 chimney. New plastic spouting is also needed all round. Some soffit boards will also need replacing. The floor area of the double storied house is 217m2. I'm sure you'll need to see it to give an exact quote, but a rough estimate would be helpful right now please.
