Roof Repair Quote Needed

Hi there. We are buying a house and need to provide a quote for a roof repair that was flagged in the builders report. It is a sheeted corrugated iron roof. The roof has rusted through the laps at some places. We would like the lead head nails to be replaced with roof screws and rubber washers. The new roof screws is the first quote. And then a second quote for if we address the rust through the laps. Thanks
