Roof leak

Kia ora. A roofer came and installed new flashings around the chimney which we thought would fix a roof leak that I have, but this hasn't worked. Every time it rains it's leaking through the ceiling into the lounge (there's quite a bit of water) so hoping someone can fix this as it's wrecking the recently installed ceiling tiles. In the photo I've highlighted in red where the leak seems to be coming from (if you go directly up from the ceiling where the water is going into the lounge it would be at this point in the roof)
