Job description
Roofing of a single-story 1930s house and garage require an inspection and spot repairs prior to painting. Corrugated steel. Roof of house appears in good condition no leaks. Garage roof has some leaks, likely to need spot repairs/re-flashing. This is pre-painting so early Feb would be preferred.

Cracked on and got the job done on time and budget. Didn't do things that didn't need doing even though it was originally scoped in, cost adjusted accordingly. Would recommend if you don't mind a no-fuss approach.
