Spouting & Roof inspection

This is a 2 storey house when it rains the rain pours over the spouting goes down into the ground which is causing leaking into the brick walls and internal rumpus which is below ground. Need someone to look at spouting and roof and advise if repairs etc need to be done and give a quote thanks Jackie
