Repair internal gutter leak between house and garage
Job description
An internal gutter runs between the house and internal access garage which appears to be leaking at the downpipe end causing damage to the soffit boards. It will most likely require the removal of external building material to get to the source of the problem. This is a rental property and the best contact will be via e-mail as we live in Australia. I will provide property manager details for access to the property.

Unfortunately I can't comment on the workmanship as the work was done on our rental and I live overseas, but if if the cost, schedule and communication is anything to go by then I would have to say it's second to none!
