Water not supposed to be where it is - unsure if roof leaking or something else

Hi, I am the secretary of Evolution Theatre, we are based in Disraeli Street and currently lease the Chinese Community Hall. The inside of south wall is wet and appears to have been for sometime . We have checked the guttering and that appears clean. We are after someone who is able to have a look if the roof is leaking and if so look at repairing the leak. We will then need to look at replacing the parts of the wall that are water damaged.
