I have a job in Karaka requiring a Re-roof. I am the builder requesting estimates for a New roof, on behalf of the homeowner, before my work begins on the inside. It is a corrugated tin roof in poorish condition. I do not believe a restoration is probable, but i'm not a roofing contractor. As a fellow tradie i was not impressed with the extensive timeframe involved to complete this job, excessive use of silicone, materials laying around, tenant with roofing screw in foot and the list goes on. Sorry chris; but i would not recommend you. Good luck, Mark
