water leak into soffit

Price to lift existing valley and pack so the back of the gutter can be reinstated where it has been cut out to much causing water to leak into the soffit including replacement of the damaged pice of soffit. water is spilling onto the ground and the soffit is now crumbling away so would like it fixed quite quickly.
