New (replacement) Concrete tile roof

Hello all I have just bought a house that was built in the 80's. I had a pre-purchase inspection done on it, and it has been suggested that it needs to be re-roofed. I would like some tentative prices (at this stage) to replace the existing concrete tile roof with a new (Monier?) concrete tile roof (with roofing underlay (the existing roof is relatively low pitched, with no underlay). The house is approximately 166sq. m. in area, single level 3 hip roof. Only experienced (preferably qualified) roofing contractors, that can guarantee their workmanship as to be among the best, and can offer a non-leak guarantee please.
