Repair 2x leaks, to inspect, and we would like it fixed permanently, not just a quick fix with sealant. One leak around brick chimney and the other from above Bay window. May also need a flashing for Bay window made up at Northland flashings. Also roof around wetback cleaned, and rust proofed, due to wet back boiling over. Then metal Tiles painted with gray coating to blend with other Tiles.
