Re roof - essential

Replace roof. The ridgeline capping was replaced approximately 2006 but has failed. It has had various repairs from 2006 to now. Water is now leaking through to the ceiling tiles in a number of places. There is no roof cavity. These inside ceiling tiles will also need to be replaced. At the same time, I would like to replace the fire as it is now too old to use and will require a new chimney and flashings.I will need to combine this with the new roof work. I want to put a skylight in the lounge and in the bathroom room as both these areas get no sunlight. I am not replacing the connecting garage roof.
