Replacement long run roof 2 storey house

A full replacement roof with new spouting etc done. Piggy bank really needs the job done over two stages as it’s not an insurance job. Can offer accommodation to roofers from out of town, one stage will require scaffolding for the mezzanine floor area of the new roof. The rest of house is only single storied. Would like long run colour steel maxx in gull grey can arrange metal if easier for someone to just do the install. Need as soon as poss. Before winter would be a bonus. House size is approx 110m2.
