The spouting has burst and is pouring water onto the roof of my tenant’s laundry. Water is leaking inside the house, too — she says “from the wall”. I’m sorry the photos are terrible. I’m not really expecting it to cost 100k to fix, but the budget is open to your estimate. I’m not sure if one person can fix both the spouting (on the second storey) and the leaky walls/roof, but if you can, that’s amazing.

New roof

Please see attached photo. Dwelling for reroofing is about 60sqm 1 bedroom with 2 bay windows. Only the portion of building outlined in red to be retained and will require a new roof. The rest of the building will be demolished.

100m2 approx roof to be replaced. Existing roof is Super6 so potentially asbestos. Quote needs to include removal and disposal of existing asbestos roof and install of new coloursteel roof and spoutings. Property is two storied, we have a quote in place for scaffolding but if you have a sharper pencil then we're keen to listen.
