Roof clean, repair and recoat

We're interested in having our concrete tile roof repaired, tiles replaced (if necessary) and recoated. We've looked at KiwiSeal and Roof Doctor coatings and are wanting a similar product. We are not wanting to replace the roof as this has been quoted at $40, 000 We're also needing our gutters either repaired or replaced (possibly the wood trim that these attach to as well)
