New roof and Skylight

We need to replace our medium-pitched gabled steel roof with coloursteel or similar. We thought that putting in a kitchen skylight at the same time might be the most efficient way of doing this, cost dependent. I have attached an photo of the roof section that needs replacing, and also of the room where we want the skylight. We want something about 1000mm-600mm above the kitchen, good thermal insulation is important to us
