Graham replaced our 80sqm roof and in addition replaced the spouting around the roof as part of addition identified work. Graham was very good to work with, very patient with all our questions and meticulous with explaining the work and showing care (also providing digital photos). As lay people we cannot comment on the workmenship given the location of the work, but there doesn't appear to be any defects thus far. He also completed the work on time within our generous timeframes. There was only one gaff where the area above the baywindow was missed from the estimate but given the position of the area and the unexpected discount he gave on the spouting in the end, the total cost was pretty much neutral. He also offered to give the bay area a bit of followup work too after the conclusion of work considering we wouldn't have access to a painter to coverup the builders filler. Based on this experience we found this to be value for money and would recommend Graham.
