Slate roof repair and corrugated iron issue

House roofing is mostly slate tiled, with a small section of annex using corrugated iron. 1. (Pic 1) On existing slate tile roofing, there are small gaps in numerous places from slip and displaced tiles. 2. (Pic 1) Slate roof treatment and moss removal. 3. (Pic 2) Rotten wood in facia and PVC gutter over annex needs repair 4. (Pic 2) Corroguated iron is at, or less than minimum pitch, ways to increase the pitch, or replace it with rib profile roofing turned down at gutter line.
