Existing butynol roof repair or replacement
Job description
I have a small (approx 10m2) flat roof over an addition (single story side of the house) that has butynol poorly glued onto existing metal cladding. It joins to my other roof on 2 sides and the other roof cladding is clay tile. We've temporarily slowed some of the leaking but it's time this section of roof gets replaced or fixed properly for a long term solution. I'm not in a rush to replace my entire roof cladding if can avoid it at this time. I am aware that it's a terrible time of year for roofing and trades people are super busy so I can be flexible with time frames.

I'm really pleased with the workmanship provided from Mike. My flat roof looks fabulous now and I'm confident it's not going to leak now! The project was completed in good time, even with rain and snow causing delays. The roof was well protected on those days too. His communication was pretty good he let me know right away if there were any unexpected variations to the scope and patiently answered all my questions. I highly recommend Mike and would use him again.
