iron roofing leak

After heavy rains a bedroom ceiling has developed stains along one outside wall. The water appears to be collecting in two spots and I need an assessment of what damage there is in the corrugated iron roof before I can decide on what work needs to be done. The dwelling is a back unit of two units. The wall concerned is over the adjoining units garage and under the peak with no guttering. I would prefer this assessment as soon as possible considering the damage that could be occurring with wet batts etc. As I do not know what the damage is and what work needs to be done I cannot give an assessment of the cost.
