Leaking roof

Have some areas of the roof that need to be repaired before we can finish off painting. We have had multiple roofing companies come out to look but either job is too small or they don’t get back to me. From what they tell me - need ‘aprons/ridge cappings’ replaced (see pic attached), seal up around some other areas and replace some nails. Possibly other patch work needs to be done too. Work to be done ASAP as we have waited since last December.
