Roof repairs required
Job description
We believe our roof was fixed down with nails, and these have come lose or corroded, and this has caused a leak. Our house is a single story cottage, with a relatively modern steel roof. We are thinking that we should replace all the nails with screws.

I was very pleased with the standard of work completed and the professionalism of Dunedin City Contracting. Juan was easy to deal with and explained clearly the unforeseen expense involved in the job. The work was completed at short notice, and Juan and his team were very accommodating. I wouldn't hesitate to contact them again for future work.
