Roof repair? Leaky window

Not sure if this is the correct area. But I have noticed leaking around a window in heavy rain. The window is reasonably sheltered, so I believe the leaking to be coming down from the roof. The roof was refurbished about 5 years ago (roof nails taken out and replaced with screws, treated and re-painted). I have taken some photos of areas where the flashing may allow for water to come through by the base of the chimney...which would, in theory, run down to where the leaky window is.
