Clearing and fixing gutters on a villa

The gutters on our house and shed have broken in a few places, and are filled with leaves in a few other places. I want someone to check all the gutters on the house and shed, clearing them of debris, fixing/replacing parts where needed, and ensuring rainwater is draining properly to the water tank and soakage area. The roof is steep (45 degrees) and high in places, so ladders are needed.
