Tile roof clean and repair

The moss needs to be cleaned off, broken tiles repaired/replaced, old repairs done properly and building inspection also indicates the morter is cracking on the ridge caps, so that also needs repair. The south west side of the house upstairs also has some cracks to be repaired, not sure if you can do that too or just the roof? I'd prefer to repair the roof than replace it for financial and aesthetic reasons.
