We have received payment from EQC to have the concrete roof tiles replaced and repaired on a group of three (18 month old) over 60s units. Basically cracked mortar and some tiles need replacing.

Once we had approval and payment from EQC we thought this job would be done reasonably quickly, however it took a bit of chasing to get it done and finished properly.
