Butynol Roof Leak

We have a recurrent leak into the ceiling of a room that was an extension to our house. Whole thing was re-clad 5 years ago but we have had two occasions where water has somehow entered in and damaged the interior plaster ceiling. Looking for someone to 1. Diagnose the issue and and 2. Reinforce / waterproof the exterior so this doesn’t happen again. The photos attached show water on the roof because I sprayed it with a hose to see if I could find an obvious leak while the GIB was off… and I couldn’t. Thanks
