Metal Flashing & Butynol Fixes/Improvements
Job description
I am looking for a registered professional to fix some minor issues identified in a weather-tightness report. * Inspect the butynol on a flat roof area that is serviced by an internal down pipe to ensure there is no damage * Adjustment of some metal flashing edges to be slightly turned up where they meet the butynol. * Smoothing out of the ridge capping located above the main entrance. * Inspection and application of sealant around flashings where it is missing or has deteriorated. * If possible, any improvements to the flat area to improve the prevention of debris building up around the down pipe would be appreciated Please let me know a rough idea of your availability and costs.
