Flat roof repair
Job description
We have a small piece of flat 'roof' which forms a plinth between out slider door and balcony. This had got a pinhole in at some point and the chipboard substrate had blown. We have now replaced the balcony decking and our builder has replaced the substrate with new plywood. We now need to replace the small area of butynol with something. This could be butynol or something equivalent, we are open to advice on this. The attached photos show the scale of the job, which isn't very big.

This job got delayed by the Christmas break (supplier had closed early so couldnt get the butynol before Christmas), but was completed as soon as possible after the break. Communicartions with the firm were good, phone and texts were replied to and regular updates given. The workmanship was great, this was a trcky little job, but completed to a very high standard. I would absolutely use this firm again if I need roofing work done
