We are getting our house ready for a quick sale (time is very tight) and our building inspector has found some damage in the roof to repair: A few tin(?) sheets need to be nailed down a bit more. One strange hole from an old pip stack was never covered (should have been done during our renovation but we had no idea it hadn't been). Possibly a new sheet or two over some gaps that have caused leaks. The timber inside the roof is dry (as per building inspector checks today) as it seems the insulation has saved our butts, but the roofing still needs to be repaired so water doesn't come in in the future. Definitely after patching not replacing! 9 Nairn Street in Spreydon. I have been told because of the height of roof/angle that it would be a 'harness' job.
