Our roof has started leaking since the Chch EQ and we have now had signoff from the EQC to proceed with quotes for repair/replacement. The roof currently is heavy, old tiles. You can also see that the tiles along the roofline have warped so we are not sure the extent of the damage. If we need a new roof then so be it. We are happy for tradesmen/women to make contact to arrange an inspection. Thanks.
