"Thanks for the Review Wally. I don't believe you have been fair on the response. Due to miss communication from yourself we were given the wrong address to complete the works, we wore these costs and completed the correct area with a slight increase due to the profile change. We did the work in a realistic timeframe including the correction and stuck to our confirmed install dates. Although I didn't reply promptly I did get back to you the same day as to be expected."
