Leaking Roofing/Guttering and Soffit Damage
Job description
During the most recent rain, I noticed that the underside of my roof eaves has become damaged and was leaking water. I got up on the roof and cleared out some leaves which may have contributed, but I am looking for someone to replace the damaged board(s) and prevent water from getting there in the future. There is at least one damaged board, but I suspect two might need replacing. I am preferably looking to have it repaired before the next downpour forecast for Wednesday/Thursday.

Carey had a great idea of the work needing to be done to repair the water damage and was willing to look into the root cause as well. Once the damage was repaired it took a couple of days to source the needed parts to fix the leaky guttering but all seems good now. The communication was quite messy, from long stretches of non-communication to not contacting me prior to turning up on site. Could really have been improved!
