1. Metal soaker flashings to be installed 2. A head flashing requires installation on the northeast corner of our dwelling to close the wall cavity 3. there is a small pitched roofline clad in timber shingles, deterioration is visible to the bottom two rows, we need to replace the worst affected shingles. 4. There is an older style tray flashing on our bay window, this is capped at the front and water can run behind these flashings. Need this re-flashed
