Hillside spouting overflow.
Job description
6 yr old rebuild 2 storey house has drainage overflow problems at 1 downpipe, and also in heavy rain at one nearby corner where guttering ends. Have had leaves cleared from guttering with no improvement. Offending area is in the enclosed photo just to the left of the front door in the recessed space between door and the box windows further on the left. Section is on lower sloping hills.

was tricky in terms of a design fault in the roof layout channeling a large water flow into 1 small area and 1 downpipe was concerned. But we got there. Suspect it may require a replacement downpipe every 5 or so years simply as a result of the flow and pressure on the pipe.
