Fix roof leak and new flashing

There appears to be no flashing between my unit and the adjoining unit. It seems that the only seal used between the two 1970s built units was some kind of sealant and there is a total absence of any flashing.!! Also, further along the roof there would appear to be a leak, possibly on the ridge line. Looks like there needs to be an apron flashing made up and installed under barge board of other unit and coming down and properly covering the edge of the iron on my part of the roof. Also, further along my roof the leak or leaks that have developed, need attending to
