Really quick, excellent communications all the way through. Arrived as scheduled, did the work to an excellent standard, and invoiced exactly as quoted. Everything very tidy and professional. Used a vacuum 'sky cleaner' that was not too noisy and no water involved. Would definitely use and recommend Richard anytime.
