Waterblast roof, replace some of guttering, paint gutter boards

Hi, this could be done in stages 1. Waterblast roof and sunporch plastic. 2. Replace gutters, to match other unit at front, then as needed to match existing at back. I can arrange a skip for gutters, at that same time get rid of the small white fence around front garden
