Roof Ridge Capping upgrade and some rust treatment
Job description
There is Rust in the ridge capping on the iron roof, which needs replacing as well as the vent flashings - based on a purchase building inspection report this is main priority- other feedback in building report was as below: The roof sheets appeared in reasonable condition for their age when viewed at the time of inspection. Rust was detected to the ridge capping, this has rusted through in areas and will require replacement. Older style lead head nails were detected, these have popped and rusted in areas and replacement is recommended, general rust treatment is also required to the roof as a whole to prevent further deterioration. Liaise with a licensed roofing contractor for the best solution.

Cant actually comment on workmanship as i havent been up on the roof to review what they did. But they keep in contact all throughout the process from quoting to executing the job. Very tidy and quickly got the job down. Thanks Jamie and the Arthurs Team for your service.
