Roof restoration-repair? &painting
Job description
Hi I am needing help help with roof maintenance. Couple of tiles doesn’t seem to be in good condition and the general color is already faded. I want it to be properly sealed and painted. The 4 end triangular wooden board is also flaking and needs to be painted too. Hoping this could be done this summer once we get a good weather. I prefer to have someone who can just use a harness as scaffolding will cost a lot more. Also, it would be great to get the fascia board (see photo) replaced.
