Townhouse Balcony / Deck Repair

My townhouse is approximately 25 years old and it's time to replace the Butynol and repair some cracks in the plaster. Size is estimated to be 8m x 2m and has two range slider doors going on to it. Plaster work apparently doesn't have mesh behind it so areas of this need fixed up and rendered. Would be great to have this job completed in the next month or two.
